FUKUMARU Green Tea Tofu Cat Litter
Less clean-up, more cuddles. A 100% plant-based clumping cat litter made from food-grade tofu (bean-curd) fibre, corn starch and real green tea.
Why cat parents choose it
- 100% plant-based & natural — made from renewable tofu and corn starch with no chemical additives; biodegradable and safe around cats and kittens.
- Green tea odour control — natural green tea and its tea polyphenols neutralise and absorb ammonia and litter-box odours for long-lasting freshness, while helping to inhibit bacteria.
- 99.9% dust-free — vacuum-sieved ~2 mm pellets keep pouring and scooping virtually dust-free and reduce mess.
- Low tracking & lightweight — smooth pellets are designed not to cling to paws, so less litter is carried around the home.

Questions, answered
hercat began with Coco, our founder, and Coco, the deaf cat she brought home from a London shelter in 2018, whom the shelter had already named after her. From that pair came the whole idea of the shop: a home that works for both of them. We make our own plant-based litter, the one you may know as CocoCat (it is becoming HerCat: same team, same care), and we choose a small number of other brands for the rest of a cat's home, from trees and scratchers to bowls and toys.
Because a cat and the person she lives with are two full lives in one home, and cat products are made for the cat, or for the person. We choose for both. Everything here has to work in a flat where the tray cannot be hidden: litter that clumps fast and keeps the dust down, furniture a cat will use and you will not want to hide. We say plainly what each product does and does not do, and if something stops earning its place, it comes off the shelf.
We use Royal Mail or DPD tracked delivery. 48-hour delivery is free on orders over £40 and £3.98 below; 24-hour delivery is £1.98 over £40 and £5.98 below.
