The T-shirt
Cut loose on purpose. A relaxed fit means you can pick your cat up, carry them over your shoulder or let them settle on your chest without anything pulling tight. Fine white strands are scattered across the black fabric, exactly where real cat hair would land.
The cap
A baseball cap with a cat-ear-shaped brim. Catch it at the right angle and the shadow it throws looks like a cat's head.
The cat's cap
The same cap, sized down, with openings for ears and an adjustable drawstring so it fits different head sizes. Some cats will wear it for the length of a photo. That photo tends to be worth it.
349 hand-drawn strands
Every strand was drawn by hand, 349 of them. You brush cat hair off your black clothes every day; this set keeps it, and makes the lint roller optional.

Delivery. Royal Mail or DPD Tracked 48-hour delivery is £3.98, and free on orders over £40 (excluding Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Northern Scotland). Tracked 24-hour delivery is £5.98, or £1.98 on orders over £40. We dispatch within 24 hours of your order, excluding Sundays and bank holidays. You will see a delivery estimate at checkout.

hercat began with Coco, our founder, and Coco, the deaf cat she brought home from a London shelter in 2018, whom the shelter had already named after her. From that pair came the whole idea of the shop: a home that works for both of them. We make our own plant-based litter, the one you may know as CocoCat (it is becoming HerCat: same team, same care), and we choose a small number of other brands for the rest of a cat's home, from trees and scratchers to bowls and toys.
Because a cat and the person she lives with are two full lives in one home, and cat products are made for the cat, or for the person. We choose for both. Everything here has to work in a flat where the tray cannot be hidden: litter that clumps fast and keeps the dust down, furniture a cat will use and you will not want to hide. We say plainly what each product does and does not do, and if something stops earning its place, it comes off the shelf.
